It's 6 in the morning at the floating market, just after sunrise. A little boy on a small boat is still sleepy. Often street vendors take their children on their boats ... perhaps they would prefer to sleep a little longer, perhaps they would prefer to play, because this is what they are supposed to do at that age.

Nara has a special feature that makes it unique: here more than a thousand wild deers roam around the numerous parks. There is a peaceful coexistence of these beautiful animals and the local people.This is also a major attraction for professional and amateur photographers.

Here we are always at the Golden Temple and precisely there where all the service was created: the kitchen. The Sikh term to describe this place is Langar: kitchen that provides free food (vegetarian) to all visitors. This is also known as the largest free kitchen in the world... a title certainly admirable.

Welcome to the mess hall! Finally is the meal time... strictly for FREE! As already widely reported, in Amritsar are prepared about 500 meals every 10 minutes. Where do they go? Inside the stomachs of the visitors gathered in these huge mess halls where people sit on the floor on long carpets.

At the Golden Temple, as already mentioned in previous pictures, are served 100,000 meals a day, 500 every 10 minutes, pretty much 24 hours every day... all absolutely free. On weekends, when visitors increase considerably, the meals served can reach up to 200,000.

What 's behind the preparation of chapati at the Golden Temple? The processing is divided into two distinct phases, phases separated by a wall.. two adjacent rooms one from the other, to ensure a huge amount of chapati to serve.

This sacred place for the Sikh religion is really admirable for its contribution to society, guaranteeing a service that is unrivaled. First, as described in the previous photo, there is a free shuttle service from the train station to here.

The Odissi Dance is one of the most ancient dance of all over India and the world.. with a history dating back to more than a thousand years ago. This is one of the few arts also resisted from the English invasion in the past; art described and depicted in ancient manuscripts handed down from generation to generation.

We are on the Mekong River on the border with Cambodia and this is one of the houses of the floating village. Most of the houses are simple shacks built quite randomly like the one you see. A woman prepares the dinner in what is her open sky kitchen, draining the fluids of the meat that cuts, directly into the river. She is probably waiting for her husband to come back from work on his own small boat.
